For all of you beginning photographers out there, a little contest notification that might be relevant to you just showed up in my inbox. The theme is pretty simple, “submit photo stories based on a theme taken within a 24 hour 1-day time frame.” And the theme this year is…“What’s On Your Plate Today?”

Stuck in traffic? Snap a shot of the guy of the guy that flipped you off! Had pizza for lunch? Get all macro on that shit to capture the grease stains on the cardboard and fade the edges a little! Whatever, just go out there and snap them photos.
